Mega Evolution

Kyogre can Primal Revert into Primal Kyogre (still Water). Primal Reversion uses Candy plus Primal Energy (separate from Mega Energy), boosts Water attackers in the raid lobby, and only one Mega or Primal can be active at a time. Shadow Kyogre cannot Primal Revert — purify first if you want Primal.
