Audino
Say it: AU-di-no
Kids summary (simpler)Tap to expand
Audino is the Hearing Pokémon — a Normal type known for friendship and Mega Evolution. In Pokémon GO it is mostly a Great League / Mega Audino pick, not a raid Normal attacker. Normal moves only hit Normal hard and lose to Fighting. It can Mega Evolve into Mega Audino (Normal / Fairy) when you have Mega Audino Energy.

Pokédex notes
Audino is a Normal-type Pokémon in Pokémon GO. National Dex #0531. Normal types need coverage moves — check our moveset guide before spending TMs.
Where in GO: Wild spawns, eggs, Field Research, and seasonal events
Invest tip: Invest for PvP or Mega Energy farming, not raid DPS. Pound or Zen Headbutt + Dazzling Gleam / Disarming Voice is the usual kit. Keep a non-Shadow for Mega. Farm Mega Energy from Mega Audino raids and events. No Community Day exclusive is required.
Type matchups

When Audino is your opponent, Fighting hits hard.
Full type matchup guide →Mega Evolution
Audino can Mega Evolve into Mega Audino, which becomes Normal / Fairy. Mega Evolution uses Candy plus Mega Audino Energy, boosts Fairy (and Normal) attackers depending on lobby needs, and only one Mega or Primal can be active at a time. Shadow Audino cannot Mega Evolve — purify first if you want the Mega.
