Vullaby is the Diapered Pokémon — Dark and Flying before Mandibuzz. In Pokémon GO it is usually candy on the way to Mandibuzz — not a finished raid attacker. Dark helps against Ghost and Psychic; Flying helps against Grass, Fighting, and Bug. Electric, Ice, Rock, and Fairy punish it. Hatch from eggs or catch from events, then evolve.
