Torchic is the Chick Pokémon — Fire before Combusken and Blaziken. In Pokémon GO it is usually candy on the way to Blaziken — not a finished raid attacker. Fire helps against Grass, Bug, Ice, and Steel; Water, Ground, and Rock hit Fire hard. Catch Torchic from the wild, eggs, Community Day, or events, then evolve. Blast Burn from Torchic Community Day belongs on Blaziken (and Mega Blaziken).
