Taillow

Kids summary (simpler)Tap to expand
Taillow is the Tiny Swallow Pokémon — Normal and Flying before Swellow. In Pokémon GO it is usually candy on the way to Swellow — not a finished raid attacker. Flying helps against Grass, Fighting, and Bug; Electric, Ice, and Rock hit Flying hard. Catch Taillow from the wild, eggs, or events, then evolve.
Say it: TAI-llo-w
Taillow (#276) is a Normal / Flying Pokémon in Pokémon GO — the baby stage of Swellow. Trainers almost never power Taillow for raids; the value is candy and IVs for Swellow. Against Taillow, lead with Electric, Ice, or Rock. Stats, type chart, moves, and counter picks below use our Game Master snapshot.
