Fuecoco
Say it: FUE-co-co
Kids summary (simpler)Tap to expand
Fuecoco is the Fire Croc Pokémon — Fire before Crocalor and Skeledirge. In Pokémon GO it is usually candy on the way to Skeledirge — not a finished raid attacker. Fire helps against Grass, Bug, Ice, and Steel; Water, Ground, and Rock hit Fire hard. Catch Fuecoco from the wild, eggs, Community Day, or events, then evolve. Torch Song from Fuecoco Community Day belongs on Skeledirge.
Say it: FUE-co-co
Fuecoco (#909) is a Fire Pokémon in Pokémon GO — the baby stage of Skeledirge. Trainers almost never power Fuecoco for raids; the value is candy and IVs for Crocalor/Skeledirge (and Torch Song). Against Fuecoco, lead with Water, Ground, or Rock. Stats, type chart, moves, and counter picks below use our Game Master snapshot.

Pokédex notes
Fuecoco becomes Skeledirge — Fire/Ghost starter line; verify GO release and moves on our dex page when live.
Where in GO: Wild spawns, eggs, Field Research, and seasonal events
Invest tip: Do not sink Stardust into Fuecoco. Keep high-IV or Shadow copies tagged for Skeledirge. Save Elite TMs for Skeledirge’s Torch Song. Shadow Fuecoco is the same — evolve toward Shadow Skeledirge.
